Preventing the challenges faced by healthcare workers and systems in future conflict zones

For many years, workers in healthcare sectors have always been mistreated in places of combat and conflict. They have been a target in many combat zones for decades. Hospitals, health centres, and other medical facilities and transport have been bombed, looted, burned, and harmed frequently during many conflicts. Healthcare workers have been physically assaulted, threatened, and jailed. The WHO in IISP MUN will work to prevent this and find ways to combat the challenges faced by these healthcare sectors.

Kyna Sapra has always been an enthusiastic debater, enjoying indulging in debates focusing on real-world issues and is honored to be serving as President of the WHO committee. She has been an active participant in numerous MUN conferences, serving on multiple secretariat and executive boards, where she has played key roles in organizing events, guiding delegates, and shaping conference agendas.

Agam started his MUN journey with the first edition of IISP MUN in 2022. He loved it so much that he came back the following year and then continued participating in MUNs. With a strong passion for MUNs and sports, Agam hopes to bring a balanced perspective to his committee.
