Since their adoption in 2015, the global community has been actively working towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development goals by 2030. But as the target year looms closer, Delegates will evaluate the progress towards the SDG’s- their discussions focusing on addressing disparities in education, healthcare, and socio-economic development- while considering the diverse challenges faced by nations. The UNDP committee at IISP MUN aims to develop innovative strategies, prioritise inclusivity, allocate resources efficiently, empower local communities, and enhance international cooperation to ensure a sustainable and equitable world by 2030.
