The delegate of Ukraine says the country is willing to abstain from joining NATO integrated command, implying Ukrainian troops won’t follow or perform NATO exercises. Ukraine claims to still provide troops to member nations in need, but a statement like this takes away legitimacy from the country’s intentions.
