Ansh Lalwani is the Head of Conference of IISP MUN 2024, and has made significant contributions towards the development of the conference since 2022. His work in logistics, substantive, and outreach has been particularly critical to the smooth functioning of the MUN.
From the age of 11, Ansh has been actively participating in the NSS Gerard K. O’Neill Space Settlement Contest, in which his team placed 6th internationally in 2021. In 2023, Ansh restarted his work on the project and aims to secure the top prize. Ansh was also a Core-Member of the Carbon Footprint Reduction (CFR) Project, an award-winning student-led initiative that used climate science to develop and deliver effective solutions.
Ansh is a gifted Trinity Rock & Pop grade 8 certified drummer, and is an avid participant in musical events both in and out of school. He enjoys the world of cinema, and has almost completed watching all of IMDB’s top 200 movies. He enjoys reading thriller, and is a massive foodie. Academically, his interests lie in the field of astrophysics, which he hopes to pursue in the future.
